We work hard to secure interviews, but the final decision always rests with the employer and your skills.
Refund if no interview
If we cannot arrange even one interview within 1.5 months of your payment being verified, we refund ₹99.
No refund after interview
Once you have attended an interview, the fee is non-refundable — even if you choose not to join.
Common questions
Do candidates have to pay to apply?
No. Searching and applying for jobs is free. Placement fees are charged only to hiring companies. Premium (₹99) is an optional service for candidates who want us to find and apply to jobs for them.
How soon will I hear back?
We review every profile and contact you as soon as a suitable role matches. Most Premium candidates hear from a consultant within two working days.
I am a fresher — can I join?
Yes. Choose Fresher where experience is asked and list your skills. We place freshers in entry-level roles across BPO, sales and support.
Can I apply for overseas roles through Premium?
Yes, where we have an active mandate in that market. Visa sponsorship is decided by the employer and confirmed in writing before you travel.
