1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.goturjob.in and to recruitment services provided by Got UR Job, head office 520 Mattaur Rd, Sector 71, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 160071, India. By using the site or submitting a form you accept them.

If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

2. What we do

We are a recruitment and staffing agency. We introduce candidates to employers. We are not the employer for roles advertised on behalf of a client, and we are not a party to the employment contract between a candidate and an employer.

Where we hire staff directly onto our own payroll for contract staffing, the offer letter will say so explicitly.

3. Candidate terms

• Searching for jobs and applying is free. We never charge a candidate for a job, a visa or a document.
• You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to work in the location you apply for, or that you have disclosed your actual status honestly.
• You are responsible for your own resume file and for not including data you do not want shared with employers.
• Submitting a profile does not guarantee an interview, an offer or a placement. Decisions rest with employers.
• Where a role involves an overseas move, you must satisfy the visa or licence requirements of that country. We do not guarantee any visa outcome.

4. Employer terms

• You will provide accurate role information, and you will not use our services to discriminate unlawfully or to post a role that does not exist.
• Candidate information we share with you is provided for recruitment purposes only. You may not sell it, reuse it for unrelated marketing, or transfer it to another organisation.
• You will treat candidate data in line with applicable data protection law in your jurisdiction.
• You will tell us promptly if a role is filled, withdrawn or materially changed.

5. Fees

Placement fees apply to employers only. Standard professional fees are a percentage of the candidate’s annual Cost to Company, invoiced on successful joining:

• Up to ₹10,00,000 annual CTC — 8.33%
• ₹10,00,001 to ₹20,00,000 — 10%
• ₹20,00,001 to ₹30,00,000 — 12.50%
• ₹30,00,001 and above — 15%

Telecaller hiring is charged per successful joining: domestic ₹3,000–₹5,000, international ₹5,000–₹10,000, DRA-certified ₹5,000. Contract staffing, bulk hiring and international mandates are quoted per requirement.

GST and other applicable taxes are charged in addition where required. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. A separate written agreement, where signed, takes precedence over this summary.

6. Premium membership

Premium is an optional candidate service costing a one-time ₹99.

• It remains valid until you are placed through Got UR Job — there are no renewals.
• We make our best effort to secure interviews. We do not guarantee a job; the outcome depends on your skills and the employer’s decision.
• If we cannot arrange even one interview within 1.5 months of your payment being verified, we refund ₹99.
• No refund is available once you have attended an interview, even if you choose not to join.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible.

7. Payments and fraud

Premium payments are collected by our consultants or, where enabled, through a payment gateway. We do not store card details.

We never ask a candidate to pay a deposit, a visa fee or a document fee to obtain a job. If someone claims to represent Got UR Job and asks for such a payment, do not pay; report it to kuldeep.singh@goturjob.in.

8. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape candidate data, submit false information, upload malicious files, or use the site to harass any person. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

9. Third-party links and content

The site may link to external websites, maps or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues or events outside our control may interrupt the service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from an employer’s hiring decision, a visa refusal, or a candidate’s decision to accept or decline an offer.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Intellectual property

The Got UR Job name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us permission to use it for recruitment purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have jurisdiction. Where you contract with us from another country, mandatory local consumer protections still apply.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your use governs that use.
